Armidale Airport
Works were undertaken on Armidale Airport to build heavy duty pavement taxi ways and a refuelling slab area for aircrafts. Pavements were deep subgrade stabilisation and 7 layers of base material with a bitumen seal to stop any potential water rising and capped with a hi-spec 250mm concrete slab to be the wearing surface. The project was build in difficult conditions during the Covid outbreak and with rain and snow delays but was finish with a positive outcome.
