Our History

Ernie Burnett is a well-respected and amiable figure within the Coffs Harbour community. With a 20-year background in plumbing, he initially ran Burnett Plumbing before eventually establishing Ernie Burnett Plumbing Pty Ltd. In 2007, he made a foray into the earthmoving and civil construction industry with the creation of Burnett Civil Pty Ltd.

The company quickly established a sizeable depot, workshop, and office complex in Karangi, located to the west of Coffs Harbour. Burnett Civil has since expanded its fleet of earthmoving equipment, trucks, and trailers while keeping pace with the latest technological advancements in the industry. This has enabled them to provide services for all types of civil construction projects.

Burnett Civil Pty Ltd remains a family-owned and operated company that prides itself on delivering a personalised, professional, friendly, and efficient service to all customers, regardless of the project’s size.
