This project began as a greenfield site and has since been developed into a 100+ lot subdivision. Burnett Civil delivered the full scope of civil works, transforming the site from raw land into a fully serviced residential development.
Works included site clean-up and bulk earthworks, with extensive cut-and-fill operations carried out under Level 1 supervision. A sewer pump station was installed to service Stages 3, 4, 7, and 8, with capacity to accommodate future stages of the development.
Burnett Civil also completed the installation of sewer, stormwater, and water main infrastructure, including manholes, risers, and water connections. Electrical service trenches were excavated and backfilled, including sections through hard rock.
Roadworks included boxing out roads, placing subgrade, installing kerb and gutter, laying road base, and completing asphalt sealing. Final works included vegetation installation and landscaping
